Personally? The only thing that needs work is the foreshortening on Pharaoh Man's left arm (the one that's down). Everything else is spot on and really well done. c:>

I don't know why you think the background and chair are crap. They work quite well with Pharaoh Man. Speaking of which, you are an amazing artist, and I don't throw that word around lightly!
Your colors are rich and vibrant; the metallic gold tones give him a regal feel.
