Credit to Bopblip for the meme.I always thought Lapras looked fully evolved, so it's strange to me that it doesn't have a pre-evolution and I wish it had a more cuter baby form that makes it more easier to access since Lapras is way too strong for an early access mon and it not having a pre-evolution is just weird since it could've gotten one back in Gen 4 but it didn't sadly.
