Placokyu (Placodermi + Kokyū/Breathing)

This is the Water starter of Caijo and the final one of the options the player has for choosing.
It's based on the Placodermi, an ancient species of boned fish, the likes of Relicanth.
Placokyu learned how to breathe and walk on land much like the anfibian reptiles of past and due to most changing into different pokemon over time, not many Placokyu are seen around Caijo anymore.

I'm going to go back to posting sprites while I get more concept done for Caijo, I just wanted to post these three starters early.
