Bart T. Ratcliff is the owner of Cirque Du Duck and Megavolt's grandfather. He treats everyone in the cirque like his own family and will do anything to protect them. Ratcliff has paid off the Beagle Boys for 7 years to keep them away after they killed Drake's father and Macawbers. However, he can no longer pay them and fears an attack from the Beagle Boys. He is an ally to Nega-Magica De Spell and is one of the few that know her full plan.
