This is Vanilla Bean, the oldest child of Pinkie Pie and Party Favor.

-Vanilla Bean usually just goes by Vanilla.
-Vanilla is the owner of her own Ice Cream shoppe where she makes her own confectionery treats.
-She got her Cutie Mark when she was experimenting with an ice cream cake recipe and ended up with the best cake Pinkie had ever tried!
-She got her coat color from her mother's mother.
-Her favorite color is maroon.
-She loves to try out new flavors on her friends before selling them in her shop.
-She can get depressed really easily when ponies dislike a new flavor.
-Her mother tries her best to encourage and make her laugh when these things happen.
-Her father on the other hoof just sits and listens to what she has to say.
-Both of her parent's methods work pretty well.
-Pinkie chose the name for Vanilla because she craved vanilla bean ice cream all the time when she was pregnant with her.
-Vanilla's favorite flavor ice cream is actually mint.
-She loves adding chocolate to her recipes.
-One of her favorite times of day is closing time when she cleans up the shop and spends some alone time.
-She gets stressed the most of her siblings.
-She likes to combine fruit flavors to make slushies and smoothies as well.
-She can't stand winter!
-The star-shaped clip in her mane was one of Peridot Glow's first designs. Perri didn't really like it, but when she saw how much Vanilla liked it, she gave it to her. She never takes it off.
-Vanilla tries to encourage other ponies as much as she can.
-When she goes into a depressive state, her mane and tail go straight, just like her mother's does.
-She likes having foals around, but babysitting is NOT her strong suit!
-She hates dealing with drama.
-She is closer to her mother slightly.
-She doesn't have an affinity for baking like her mother, but she still tries!
-She practices spells in her spare time even though she isn't the greatest, she loves it.
-Her cousins love to visit because they always get a free scoop.
-She makes a point of bringing ice cream for any holiday.
-Her father has helped her to master some very exclusive "party" spells that he perfected.
-Vanilla is really good at snow ball fights despite hating winter.
-She really enjoys making special deserts for her aunts when they have a hard day.
-She is closest to her aunt Marble Pie. They talk about all kinds of things.
-She has three younger siblings.
