Really beautiful job with this one, the angle of the picture really adds to it a lot, it has a definite impression of upward movement in my mind. Everything also blends well into each other, beautiful softness about the whole image, has a very dreamlike quality to it. Only that one strand of hair, falling and shadowing her other eye... there's something odd about it in my mind, it just... doesn't seem to look right. I don't know why, really, just gives a strange shape to her face... But other than that, I'm again in love with the blue colour scale (of course) and this is very pleasing to the eye. Wonderful work and hours well spent!

Beautiful colour and overall piece. My only criticism is that the bang cluster on her right/our left side of her face creates an awkward tangency and shape to her head. I'd suggest either shifting it's position, or adding more out to make it copy/obscure the shape of the skull.
