I couldn't help by find myself wanting to do this. This took me a few days to finish but I just got this done. Like most of these, it has Rouge wearing different colored belly dancer clothes but I've decided to leave it white, after all, it is Rouge when you think about. As you can tell, I've only colored her body, wings, and jewelry.

I've also got to mention that this base was made by somebody by the username of "Sonictopfan" but for some reason, he/she is no longer around but the base remained. I will give the creator of the base credit because the last thing I need to be labeled as an art thief and stealing isn't cool. It was a free to color lineart, needless to say.
