Description
I was overdue.1. Rei: From the anime/manga, this is a girl that a friend of mine really likes and considers her to be number one. I had seen the two anime movies of 'Evangelion' but I heard the third movie isn't really worth the time. Rei is actually the kind of character where she doesn't talk much, doesn't do so much socializing but when she does, she comes to close to being human. She actually cares for Shinji and people actually ship them as a couple and it's actually MORE believable then Shinji with Asuka and that girl has this ego where it's really annoying. Rei is just a likeable character and even though she doesn't smile very often, it's always nice when she does.
2. The Goths (Ennui and Crimson): I actually have respects for Goths and I had been listening to their music throughout my life. They expressed themselves and they are actually an interesting group of people. I may not be a Goth myself but in some ways, I can relate to them.
Even though that I didn't see the very first episode of the latest 'Total Drama' after that disappointing and god-awful season six, I thought I could pass on this one but knowing me, I had to go ahead and dive in. The show was a lot different compared to the previous disasters and it's a step-up and a lot better. I was glad to see Owen and Noah again but then when I saw these guys, I had an interest into them. I actually had my eye on them and I began to like them. I like how they act like the don't care about anything and act like everything is pointless but I really liked it when they took in a rabbit, which they named 'Loki'. They acted like they hated rabbits but the black rabbit caught Ennui's attention and it was nice to see that he actually cared about something. They maybe into darkness but at that moment, there was a little spark of light inside of Ennui. They could careless about dying but I would let them live.
3. Nicole Lynx: It always seems like A.I. characters have more emotions then actual living beings. I always liked A.I. characters because there's a lot to like about them and they try to understand that there is more to life then being a machine. I never read the comics (consider myself lucky), Nicole was another character that caught my attention besides Fiona Fox. Even though I had this character in a peril (more then once), killing her is something that I couldn't do. She tries to learn to be a living being, learn what it's like breathe, feel, touch, and everything else. I actually find myself remembering those characters then anyone else, depending on the franchise.
4. Cale: From Don Bluth's last movie, Cale is really a character that I can like. Most people hated Titan A.E. and when it bombed, Fox Animation Studios in Phoenix, Arizona was shut down. People often forget about it but when I look at it; it's really not that bad. It's not masterpiece but worth watching. It's a very underrated movie and the soundtrack is awesome and addicting.
Cale Tucker actually saw planet Earth being destroyed in front of him and fifteen years later, he acts like he doesn't care anymore but it wasn't until he found that there's a map inside of the ring that his father gave him before he left to hid the 'Titan' from the Dreji. Cale does managed to find the Titan and with its restored power and energy from the Dreji, he was able to create a New Earth, a new home for the remaining human race (even though he called the planet 'Bob').
5. Starfire (2003): Great, now I need to specific of which Starfire I'm talking about.
As a no brainer, I would pick this one over then the current one anytime because this 2003 Starfire has a lot of personality and much likeability to her, compared to the current one where she's just loud, annoying, and immature. Sure, Starfire did had her share of stupidity but she's never been that stupid.
The 2003 Starfire (Yeah, we're calling her that now) had a lot of value to her and in the episode 'How long is forever?', she explains that separation from close friends wouldn't changed for the better and everyone would be alone for the rest of their lives. She cares deeply for everyone who doesn't oppose as a threat but if you piss her off......you will die.
Beautiful but dangerous.
