HHmmm, pretty cool design but I have to agree with enigmatic; up the contrast a bit and it'll be golden. As far as the HTML for it goes there are lots of really good scripts resources on the web.

hard to read, I recomend darkening up with green a bit.. the contast isn't big enough... but overall I like it
