2nd Anime character
Need to fix some errors but is getting there.
This model was inspired by `HazardousArts Hatsune Miku model and his book on tips and tricks on how to create an anime character.

Current polycount is still in the thousands because the file is still in mudbox and I haven't bake anything in the low res version which is currently sitting at 12k tris
