Steven jay Blum, born in Santa Monica California on April 28 1960, is an American voice actor. Some of his best known roles include Jaime from megas xlr, Tom of toonami fame, Wolverine in nearly all marvel and X-men media since the mid 2000s, spike spiegel from cowboy bebop, orochimaru from Naruto, and a crapload of digimon charactersClearly, heβs a very busy man. Even peter Cullen has described him as a beast when it comes to voice acting
