This is how I describe monster hunter:
It's Do It Yourself Pokemon, except when you capture them, you carve them up and make armor and weaponry!

This is a collab work, im not make the line art, just coloring it
but if im not wrong, the armor is customized, so its mixed, and the reference is from the artbook of Monster Hunter
and about the monster, i dont know too XD but i think its similar with Espinas i think
