DeviantArt Eclipse Profile Banner Artwork Template - Version 2.0.10

This template is 4K-Resolution (3840px x 2160px) @ 600 dpi (dpi of the PSD file may vary).

After examining the latest update to DeviantArt Eclipse setup, I found out that my previous version template wasn't as helpful anymore to growing number of artists that liked it. (Shout out to all those that left comments and Favorited). So I knew that it needed to redone and this latest edition is the result of testing.

To explain the template:
1) Red area is the Trim Zone (this can't be seen at all at this resolution).

2) The Tan/Yellow Area is the Scroll Zone (this area is the highest point the active area can be set); When you edit your background art, you select your artwork and then scroll up or down based on the size of the image (active area fits to the width of the file with little bit of trim).

3) Dark Green area is the Active Zone (what can be seen on the desktop/laptop screen). This area is what you can see in the banner artwork area. Make this area your main area of focus for your artwork (show the most info/details/highlights). Still need more testing for mobile applications; leave a comment about you experiences with version of the template.

4-5) White area is Profile picture. Dark Grey area is the Navigation bar. These areas cover the artwork at these points in the Active Zone with some water marking edges. When you plan your banner, keep information visible and not behind these areas.

6-8) Light Green area is the full size area of the Profile Name Tag (Max 20 Characters). Blue area is the full size area of the Tag Line (Max 32 Characters). Yellow is the estimated full size area of the Watcher/Deviation/Page View Counters. These are all Text Areas and though you can see around them, make sure that the text is readable and does overlap other texts or highlighted details

(Note: The scale of this template is set for ~12" Dia Monitors. When reviewing templates on your profile banner background, it is recommended to be done using your smallest display, i.e. laptop or tablet computer. This ensures that information isn't covered when your watchers look at your banners using smaller screen sizes.)

This is the updated PSD template for the DeviantArt Eclipse Profile Banner Background Art that I created and tested myself on my own profile page.

I created this template to help fix some issues from those who have used my previous PSD template for a baseline on their banner artwork. Also, the description below is a revision of my previous templates. So if you've seen my other templates already, you can stop reading here.

DeviantArt states that the ideal banner size is 1600px x 800px, but this will always have a bleed zone in it. But this is if you zoom out your browser view window to its minimum setting. Ideally, no one views their own browser from anything besides 100%. To also clarify, the minimum size for the eclipse banner size is 1024x630 (via #piggies-go-moo ).
