Whoa, I was working on this one for quite a while, great practice for fur drawing
It is a Khajiit, a playable race in TES lore, in deserted part of province of Elswyr. He is some kind of a wanderer/spiritualist dude connencted to nature, that is why he wears that skull and feather...

Character didn't took that long, but the background took me just about forever... at first i wanted the snowy Skyrim mountains, then jungle, the frozen river... but then I decided to add warm sands of Elsewyr
