After the second major war that v the Titans had to go through, they returned to a new earth that has been renewed and reset over the course of a shortened 50k years due to some f**ked up time dialation on steroids.
After having to save the literal multiverse, the Titams retired to live in their own homes across the galaxy.

Among these few, Phantom wanted to live on earth to be with her sister and find some love. She was deprived of a mate, so she went out.
After some time, Phantom met Blue Moon, and the relationship stuck. Moon was the only one who could handle Phantom's unpredictable and strange habbits and kinks. She was the only mate who made Phantom feel comfortable with acting by herself.
She is Phantom's love life.
