There are allot of programs out there that allow you to animate
some are complicated to get started with id suggest Photoshop cs5 with its new feature to animate
by drawing frame by frame which can be a long process if you want it to look fluid. but it can be a little complicated to get started with i suggest watching a tutorial on you tube if you are going to use this
most animations you see today are models rendered by powerful software (lots of lines of code) which in the end requires a powerful computer

try toon boom studio we used it in school after we learned to do in with pencil and paper.

i know that flash is alright but sometimes there are complications because of some certain restrictions...i know that for basic scanning flipbook is good...however...you need to make your own light scanning station for it to work...but after that part it works quite well

I'd suggest getting Macromedia flash (possibly)

I know you can draw, make animations, and im pretty sure you can add music too... now for like pixar w/ 3d stuff, idk.

Taky se chci nekty pustit do animaci, ale zatim nemam ani pojem o tom jaky program pouzit nebo jak dat animaci dohromady. Snad casem...
