Description This was a strange one. I've looked over old missions, the small captures to big roundups, but none of them involved going into a castle on the outskirts of town all in one big group. This didn't sit well with me at all. Going into something like this as one collective team against the spades was suicide. But it's not like I had any say in all of this. I only started a week ago. I decided the best thing to do was to become acquainted with some of the other members. Maybe I'd find some sense out of this plan by talking to them. After talking with a few , I found out that they were just as confused as I was. There was something strange about this...

Soon the time came to get going and head to the castle. I was put in one of the small groups in the front. Body guards, huh? Or just road blocks? Whatever the reason, I was closest to this "inside resource" the higher-ups had gotten in touch with. He called himself "LL." I have to admit, I kinda liked the guy. I never talked to him, or even saw his face, but red-heads are always welcome in my book. But he still sent a chill down my spine just looking at him. The fact that he didn't show his face made it all the more suspicious. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. HE could be fine. This whole location, however, is all WRONG.

We neared the castle, and I was taken aback by how aboding it was. It screamed something bad.
"This place is called Singo's Castle," LL said as he reached the door.
"Who's Singo," called out a curious clubs member.
LL chuckled as he pushed the door open. "You'll know soon enough."
As we slowly entered the grand entrance, I glanced around quickly, hopping to get a good idea of an escape route, if it would be needed. The room was relatively bright. Not what I was expecting from such an intimidating structure. That's what scared me. It all seemed so... friendly, for a hideout that was being "taken over." It should feel desolate, abandoned, even. Not friendly. It was too bright.

That's when the lights went out. Damn, I KNEW this wasn't good! I called out to members of my team, praying that someone would reply. There was too much noise from the blind fighting that was going on to figure out who was fighting who. I didn't want to shoot. I refused to fight until I knew that it was a Spade I would shoot through the skull. I tired helping those I could tell were fighting someone without a gun, and this plan of picking out the obvious ones was going well. Until I stopped feeling shoulders constantly rubbing against mine. When the noise had completely vanished it seems, I realized that somehow, I had been separated from the rest of my team, and maybe even my whole organization. While working alone has always been my preference, I wasn't exactly THRILLED to be left alone, especially not now.

I felt my way to the walls and slowly made my way towards what was hopefully the door. I didn't know how long we had been fighting, but it was early in the morning when we had left for the castle. I was hoping that opening the door would quite literally shed some light on things. I finally felt the worn finish of wood and the cold smoothness of metal. I pulled on the handle, praying to god that some of the Clubs had waited outside. Then I felt a cold hand on my shoulder, so cold I could feel it through my clothing. I turned quickly to face the hand's owner, and readied my own hands to draw my pistols.

"Oh. So we left one behind. That won't last long."
