Description
Hello all! It's coming to the end of the year, and we thought we'd count down to Christmas with a community advent calendar!!
How it works:
Each day in December until the 25th, a new 'window' will be opened on the calendar. The window can contain anything from raffle items, new shop items, boosts, and other things! The last window contains a big surprise! 
The prizes will only be available until December 25th. So if you miss a day, worry not! You can still claim the prize (if claimable) until then. After that, they're unable to be obtained. SO just sit back and relax, and ready yourself for the fun!
December 1 - Oriental Ballator Import Raffle! 2492 Advent Raffle Peppermint Bark Inspired
December 2 - Each player is allowed One of the following potions to equip to one Ballator: Intelligence Potion OR Strength Potion . You MUST put that the potion was used in your horse's stat count. Claim your potion by commenting here with a link to your Ballator. Claim Potion Here!
December 3 - Each player is allowed one additional breeding slot to the horse of your choice, ready to use! You must mark the slot as being gained from this advent calendar.
December 4- Each player is allowed to give ONE of their Ballators either 10 stat points OR 10 Attack strength points. Remember to log the gain as being from this calendar!
December 5 - African Ballator Import Raffle! 2493 Advent Raffle Eggnog Inspired
December 6 - Each member is awarded 50 Denarii if claimed via this journal: Claim 50 Denarii Here!
December 7 - Unlock of the Companion Animals feature as well as one novice companion animal! THE COMPANION ANIMAL IS NOT FREE FOR THE CALENDAR, it is simply an unlocked feature!
December 8 - Aetherian Gift Raffle! Up to 2 extra sets of horns + 10 stats granted. Enter raffle here! Aether's Raffle
December 9 - Unlock of the Raspberry Extract Shop item. This is just an UNLOCKED FEATURE, not a raffle gift!
December 10 - Forest Ballatir Unoirt Raffle! 2473 Advent Import
December 11 - Each player is allowed one additional breeding slot to the horse of your choice, ready to use! You must mark the slot as being gained from this advent calendar.
December 12 - Mane Mutation Raffle , to be ended 12/13 at 10AM MTN Time
December 13 - Unlock of the Dog Companion! THE COMPANION ANIMAL IS NOT FREE FOR THE CALENDAR, it is simply an unlocked feature!
December 14 - Unlock of the Geno Reroll Shop item! THE ITEM IS NOT A GIFT VIA THE ADVENT, just an unlocked feature!
December 15 - Each player is allowed one additional breeding slot to the horse of your choice, ready to use! You must mark the slot as being gained from this advent calendar.
December 16 - 2766 Plains Import Raffle
December 17 - Unlock of the Hare Companion! THE COMPANION ANIMAL IS NOT FREE FOR THE CALENDAR, it is simply an unlocked feature!
december 18 - Each member is allowed one extra breeding for the month of December!
December 19 - Have a chance to win any of the previous unlocked items, Plus a shot at a slot to 001 Regale! Mega Raffle Sign up
December 20 - Mountain Ballator Raffle 2829 Advent Raffle Import -OPEN-
December 21 - Unlock of the Forbidden Love item and a raffle of it Here! Forbidden Love Raffle
December 22 - Unlock of the Wild Ballators feature, plus a wild ballator located in the EquusBallatorSociety group!
December 23 - The Wyrm Mutation is now a fully breedable trait! No more dom-only passing rates.
December 24 - Import raffle 2878 Advent Import OPEN
DECEMBER 25 - Poecillia is now a fully breedable trait! Merry Christmas all you who celebrate today! And Merry Christmas to those who celebrated yesterday!

These feature unlocks on the advent calendar are feeling rather cheap and done in poor taste. I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels that way either as I've seen quit a few concerns from people.

Hi there!
I apologize if the calendar is disappointing. I've tried my best to make it fun and enjoyable without awarding the same gifts every day. However I do know that the unlocks can be frustrating for some and I apologize. I've never done an advent before, and we tried very hard to come up with ideas that would be reasonable.

No need to apologize Fargo! You are doing things to the best of your ability and for the most part you are only human. Not everyone is going to be happy with choices and while yes, things felt repetitive it's not like you have to do anything for us or even HAD to do anything for us. Personally to me I feel like that if anyone has already won a Raffle (Such as winning one of the Imports) then winning another of the same type (Like another Import) should not be allowed. This would make it so that those who have won an item/horse/etc. have chances to win something as well, at least to me that feels more fair in the long run.
This is mostly just me wanting to bring something up that could lead to more drama in the long run, it hasn't happened yet but it could and I'm sure you are already stressed enough as it is with these comments.
Keep up the wonderful and amazing work Fargo and I cannot wait to see the rest of the days in the future ^.^

I think all you are doing is awesome!! And its great for a first time advent 
I'd say maybe once or twice like you do the raffle for the imports do a raffle for a companion or item of the such that might spice it up a bit

The Unlocks are a bit cheap, but as someone who is running an Advent calendar, it is very difficult to fill 25 days, so try it yourself before you complain.
What should have happened, to make it more fun, was to unlock the feature and run a raffle for item. Raffles are also hard on the admin(as someone who is doing many), but using Google forms would make it much more easy on the admins.

I've actually ran my own adven calendar a few years back, doing about four imports a day for a beef that no longer exists ^*

its not that I'm trying to make the admins feel bad about running the adven, it's just that everything is starting to feel samey and not as unique as it was in the beginning. I was just trying to express that I would have loved more verity than 3 companions unlocks, because just think of the other cool things that could have been shown instead. Or if they had raffled off one of the items from the unlocks. Just the notion of getting an unlock without giving out at least one just makes me rather sad.

As someone that's also a little tired of the unlocks and is honestly a little bored of it...
They do feel a little like they are rather cheaply done. In advents people half expect candy or sweets instead of something they can't use...
The unlocks were going to be unlocked anyway which is one place where this feels cheap. And the sheer amount of the unlocks is very tiring and I wouldn't be surprised if people were growing tired of the advent as well. One or two unlocks a week might have been fine, but this is multiple and most of us can't use it because we still have to pay for it when in some to most cases we can't just yet.
We get more use out of the Denarii, slots, stat boosts and raffles, the unlocks we don't because again we still have to pay for it.
I'm aware that you have your reasons for having unlocks in the advent but it is growing tiring, and I'm sorry if this is not the feedback you want to hear. :C
I am still thankful for all the work and effort you have put in and several aspects of the advent are really fun! Just the unlocks are getting overwhwlming.

I want to disagree with this publicly. A group like this doesn't have to do anything for its members, and I am very excited that they are working so hard to give us new features. Personally, I cannot wait to get a goat or a companion animal and am excited as I see new species get unlocked. The raffles are really fun and I am DEFINITELY grateful for the extra slots!

You can disagree all you like. This is my personal opinion of the advent calendar. They could have chose to release these unlock features at another date when they weren't giving out things to the members of the group, instead of mixing it in and making the whole experience feel cheap and money driven when not at least Raffling off one of the unlocked features each time they're unlocked.
The extra slots, statboots and raffles I think are wonderful, but with the addition of unlocking features of the group it makes the whole thing bitter for me.

While I can understand your frustration, I can only imagine how this must feel to slam these hard working people publicly. They are obviously working very hard and thought this would be extremely exciting. If I were them, I'd be hurt to read what you wrote. To me, this is one of those situations where if you can't say something nice, then maybe you should not say anything at all - at least in this format. I am sure the admin would listen if you approached them privately.

I just want to clarify that we don't mean the admins are doing a bad job. I actually stated earlier that the unlocks would have been fine if left to once or twice a week. But as they're far more common than that it doesn't feel like an advent callender and kind of more or less feels cheap with the timing of most of these unlocks.
We're grateful to the admins for doing this but maybe toning down the unlocks would be wise (especially since we would have gotten the unlocks at a later date anyway!)
Adding in more slots, raffles, stat boosts and denarii would be more rewarding for both members and admins in this case anyway

I also completely agree I mean these admins work their butts off for us yet they don't have an obligation to do so but they are doing it anyway and I would feel hurt to read these comments if I were and admin.

I honestly am in two minds about it. It's lovely of them to do this, but I thought the idea was to give free gifts to members... instead, half of these 'gifts' require being bought anyway, which isn't exactly fair on those of us with little to no money. The stat boosts, raffles and extra slots are great though. The main thing irking me as that most of these are repeated now, making it feel very samey and not very exciting by this point.

You phrased it perfectly, like how I was trying to come across. But Alas when I wrote the Intial statement I was thin on nerves from being surrounded by screaming children. I wasn't just meaning to just completely bash them for their hard work. With everything being repeated over and over it does get feeling very same like instead of the first week feeing very unique and exciting. Now that we've gotten two or three of the same thing, i was really hoping for something new and interesting, like a different type of raffle for something new

I completely agree. The admins are being incredibly generous to be raffling off horses and awarding slots, and they don't have to be giving us anything at all. I find it rude to be so ungrateful for everything they do to keep the members of this group happy - instead of thanking them, you're complaining about what they're working hard to give to us.
