When I was a kid, there was nothing more terrifying than staring down into the abyss of a wooded lake... It seemed like a portal into another world.Alternate title I thought of:
"Can I borrow your...CHAPPSTIIICK?"

Oh my, now this is a novel monster! Very interesting design here, Farkwhad! Eerie, Otherworldly... and just "wrong" - that's what you want in pictures like this, and that's exactly what you pulled off here! Wonderful work all around, especially how the monster fits in with the serene surroundings and yet simultaneously ruins the serenity of it with its horrific nature. Brilliant!
