Description
I am staring into oblivion,
kissing the night,
my eyes water,
my mind, in flight.

My skin crawls at unfamiliar embrace,
ridicules solidarity and love,
and dismisses good will in haste.

I touch earth and heart,
as though they were the same,
i cut the air, like a sword unsheathed,
and wonder why we're all so tame.

Inhibited thoughts,
stuck behind,
inhibited minds,
where potential
and the human mindset,
breeds mediocrity
and insincerity it finds.
