Once bought you agree to these terms:
- You can't change the design, unless the adoptable post says otherwise.
- Reselling is fine, just can't be higher than bought.
- Gifting and trading adoptable is fine.
- You do not have to inform me on new owner.
- If the adoptable was won without the means of funds you cannot sell it.
- Cannot profit off adoptable. (Selling higher than bought, making merch, etc.)
- HOWEVER, if you have bought commissions or your adoptable has any art in general you are able to sell it for more.
- Can use offsite for rps, or anything else nonprofit wise.
- Can get commissions of it and draw your adoptable.
- If your account is frozen or deactivated your adoptable still belongs to you!
- Give credit to me please.
Payment:
- If you're going to offer please stick to your price and pay as soon as you can. (24h limit)
- NO refunds.
I retain the right to:
- Promote myself with the adoptable.
- Post on other websites.
NOT ACCEPTABLE:
- Expressing hate with adoptables.
- Creating designs of species without my permission.
- Getting commissions or drawing an adoptable YOU CLAIM AS YOURS when it has not been paid or has an owner.
- Harassment of any kind to get adoptables from me or someone who has already bought.
If you would like to use this TOS for your adoptables it's cool.
