I love your art style, it is so cute! the arrangement and position of the picture
really give a sense of peace and harmony. The colors are fitting and pleasing to the eyes.
I give vision a 3.5 because it easy to understand what you were going for and I believe that you achieved it wonderfully.
I give originality a 2 because while it is a cute artwork, it really simple.
I give technique a 3 because while the characters are very well design, the picture lighting and shadows seems a little off to me.
I give impact a 3 because again it is a simple piece but it does convey the a clear emotion of peace.
Overall, the picture is cute and simple and succeed conveying a relax feel. The only thing I can really recommend you to work on is the lighting and as it seems a little uneven and amateurish. I think if you keep practicing, this problem can easily be fixed.
