Description
In June 2020 I decided to start drawing again, allowing myself to be... less than excellent, which was a good job, really! This nineteenth one is a depiction of Emile Bonnaire, as played by James Callis, an original character in the BBC version of The Musketeers. I hadn't drawn for about sixth months, so was expecting to have lost a lot of ground. In addition, I'd switched from an A6 pad and single protracting pencil to an A4 pad and various Proper Pencils. I'm basically pretty happy with everything except the eyes and the width of his arms. I also regret putting in his shadow where he leant against the wall without any further context!
