Alice in Wonderland has always been one of my favorite stories of all time(the other being red riding hood) and I have painted her a few times before, it is definetely a story I feel quite close to.

I love love love the background - the chesire grin, the texture of the mirror, the brush strokes for the frame, all are so gorgeously complementary to Alice here. Beautiful work as always.
