That sure was a long night, I wonder whether that coffee did anything good or just made things worse.
At first the room seems rather empty but the window shadow does show some flowers.
Seeing how the character is pulling at her sweater makes it seem she is very uncomfortable in her current state.
Overall this painting has quite the impact.
