This is Jax, at the age of 10-12... not sure, really.

It's a quick sketch that turned into a quick painting. I used reference because I'm horrible at working with child characters.

Am I the only one that thinks that kid in the ref is absolutely adorable?! xD

I changed a LOT of the original. I just needed a pose and some guidelines for the youthful face structure... I made him a bit older, which sounds harder than it is.
