Description

Sightings of the Yeti have steadily increased during these bouts of extreme cold weather. The military saw this as the perfect opportunity to final recapture the rampaging mechanize fiend, but were finding themselves constantly overpowered by it. Things were just made worse by the fact that it was specifically designed to traverse in such wintery settings. They thought it was time to recruit some stronger help.

Answering the call with lightning fast speed was none other then Barry Allen, better know as the Flash. The military were a bit skeptical that the superhero would be much help, but figured any metahuman could be useful. Barry quickly set out in pursuit of the robot, confident he could easily apprehend it.

Tracking the Yeti's path was a bit more difficult then Barry expected. The wintery terrain made his superspeed a bit harder to control, but he pressed on nonetheless. He soon spotted some rather large foot print in the snow leading down to an abandoned lumber facility in woods. Zipping down to one of the open warehoused, he caught sight of his target. He approached the towering furry creature.

"Hey there big and furry, your military pals have been looking all over for you. Why don't you come with me so they can take you home" Barry said out loud, almost sarcastically as he assumed the creature wouldn't understand him.

The Yeti turned to him and locked on, it's internal sensor quickly scanning over him. "Bzzzzt HUMAN LIFEFORM DETECTED... BIO-SCAN COMMENSE... BODY TEMPERTURE INSUFFICIENT... HEATING PROTOCOL ACTIVATED bzzzt!" The robot spouted out as it lumbered toward Barry.

"Woah you can talk?! Wasn't expecting that, but doesn't matter. Come on now, it's too dangerous for a hunk of bolts like you to be running around, even if you are all soft and furry." Barry joked as you tried to back away from the menacing robot.

"bzzzt NEGATIVE... LIFEFORM MUST BE SECURED... BODY TEMPERTURE INSUFFICIENT... INSUFFICIENT BZZZT!" the suit repeated, lunging at Barry. It was surprisingly fast for such a large robot, and being built for this environment gave it great traction on the ice ground. Barry unfortunately wasn't having the same luck, as he slipped around, narrowly avoiding the robots swinging arms.

But the game of cat and mouse could only go on for so long. Barry hit an icy patch that finally slipped him up too much. As he tried to stand back up, the suit was able to catch up to him. "bzzzt BODY TEMPERTURE INSUFFICIENT... HEATING PROTOCOL ACTIVATED bzzzt!" the suit shouted as it pulled open its front hatch. Barry glanced at the opening, seeing into the hallow interior of the suit. It looked like a dark furry pit. Suddenly a long furry hand shot out from inside the suit and grabbed onto Barry. it began pulling him toward the opening. He tried to speed off, but the powerful grip along with the slippery floor made it impossible to get enough traction to run.
