I also draw a bunch of my own fallout characters. Here’s Vale, a stealthy tribal with psychic abilities. She was once a slave to the legion, but mind controlled a small group of them to be her servants. Hence why she is dressed in legion attire, practically jedi mind tricking any suspicious of her.
