Yes, firefux is present among the applications window which sadly didnt make it into the shot. [link]
Oh and it's a HUD theme, with transparency which isnt so visible on that background, i doubt it can be ported

The icons in Mac OS X Leopard are always reflected by the dock as far as I know.
