Make sure you have Rainmeter 2.2 or higher installed, then just double click the Setup.rmskin file, the extraction might take a minute or two, after that you'll be guided by the Intro.

hi! in worldclock panel, "daylightsavings" operations seems to be incorrect. for example: i have Sidney, as one of the cities, and it's daysaving mode in place there now. but worldclock panel do not show me the the correct time.

You can change in settings, set DayLightSavings to 1

I have windows Ofiice 2003 Professional. Rainstaller becomes an outlook config file and the error message is that it is a .ini file.

How do you make new shortcuts? I mean like the ones as firefox? I can only get a small icon under the title text, but i want icon and text under the icon. Just like the ones that comes with the theme

If you mean by rearranging stuff, sure. Panels are movable and resizable. However if you mean you want to make a square panel a rectangle, no, that can't be done. Panels scale consistently to the aspect ratio, but there are 2x double panels for that also.

Try opening a second customizable background and drag it to your other screen. You can open it from either the Extras gallery or from context menu: WP7\Backgrounds\AnotherBG

Try opening the text items gallery (letter T) and then open the second page. There is a desktop switcher which can toggle between icons, not sure if that's what you want though...

i loose the whole thing to background by pressing "show desktop" button in taskbar or by pressing win+d. is it possible to keep rainmeter/omnimo 4.1 on desktop in that case?

This color is included in the color gallery. Also you can find a screenshot of mango, use eyedropper tool to find the RGB color of it and use it on omnimo.
