Norton Antivirus marked this (omnimo.exe) as a high risk heuristic virus Suspicious.Cloud.2. So is this safe or not?

Not likely, I checked the archive in virustotal and it's only symantec that seems to act up. Where did you download it from? I recommend downloading via softpedia

There is a way, but we removed it from the interface because it takes too long to resize the hundreds of panels we have there.
If you can execute this command in Rainmeter, that should do the trick:
LeftMouseUpAction=["#@#Common\Size\size.exe" all "#CURRENTCONFIG#" "#CURRENTFILE#" "#SETTINGSPATH#"]

were in Rainmeter> Sorry I can change and do some things with configuring Rainmeter per .ini but never done anything as a whole unless it already had a configuration .ini. Do you mean "load my skin, and then add it to the Rainmeter ini you can select from the bottom of the program on the page were you can manage your skins?

The ability to set the panel color to match the Aero color is nice, but would it be possible to have it automatically update as the color changes? That would be nice to have when the Aero color is set to automatically match your wallpaper on Windows 8.

Wow...so glad seeing this back and again i visit this page twice
Hmm, sorry for bad english or the stupid question...
Where i can find option for adding border on panel? I miss it.
It found while i costumize the overlay from prebuilt panel style set.
So, what i got there is only panels with no border and blended with the desktop...
But it's nice, i like it...

The google calendar doesn't skin doesn't seem to be working correctly. Any event that is recurring is displayed repeatedly rather the up coming events. I put in the XML url from Google Calendar in the PrivateXMLfeed field. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a fix for this? Great skins btw.

All variants of Network.ini no longer report correct IP address, only showing "127.0.0.1" right now. Clicking "IP Address" in Network2whatsmyip.ini pops up error dialog: "Too few command line arguments specified."
This is in Rainmeter 3.0.2/Omnimo 6.0.1, on Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Ultimate machines.

Hello, I've been using Omnimo since v.4.0. Congratulations on the new release. I wasn't using Omnimo for some time and was excitedly surprised to know that there's a new release.
There are some questions if you don't mind:
1. The biggest and probably the last release of Omnimo. There will be no more Omnimo development or tweak? What about the Twitter oauth?
2. Turrets. It works fine when I use Omnimo 5. I don't know if this is only me, or everyone else has the same problem. It would load turret, but yields no text, when we hover to it. I understand from reading the .txt, they are different in content, and if they could load properly, that would be swell. I have tried restarting Rainmeter, but it still won't load the .txt.
4. Flickr. Again, I don't know if it's just me or others have the same problem, but Flickr panel won't load the Flickr group rss feed I assign it to. I tried the workaround of loading flickr.ini from Omnimo 4, and and thankfully it WORKS. Which then begs this following question below.
3. Versions. Is it possible that all Omnimo previous releases archived at omnimo.info? I had to download v.4.1 and v.5.0 from various locations. And I'm lucky that they are still exists even. Most websites only link to your deviantart entry--which download link you have edited to the latest release.
Cheers.

Hi, it's true, there won't be an Omnimo 7. However I will keep adding fixes and tweaks as they appear. Twitter isn't possible right now still, the very instant it is, it will be in Omnimo.
Not sure why the Turrets don't work, I'll look into that. Perhaps I'll post a Portal 2 Items DLC later on. Are you using Flickr Panel or Flickr TextItem?
The versions are archived in my Generations backup, but I don't see why you'd like to use those, they are far too buggy to consider.

cleanchill In reply to fediaFedia [2013-11-05 13:26:30 +0000 UTC]
Ah, I see. Such great accomplishment what you and xyrfo did. #kudos
Turrets. I'm actually back using v4.1 right now, I manually install WP7 v5.0 and WP7 v.6.0 to see if I could use fool-people's method of c+p-ing the .ini. I can't remember which version I used where the turret is working fine, but I think back then there were no OracleTurret and Defective Turret. So, while there is no turret in v4.1, I assumed that I was using a version released some time between 4.1 - 5.0.
Versions. That's why, I thought that maybe if there are documentations on the versions and the features added, removed, tweaked, fixed to them, it would be easier for us users to figure out which component best suit our needs (and also we wont bother you so much with questions, ha..). I've now tried that method but it doesn't work.
Flickr. I am using Flickr Panel, which corresponds to the Flickr TextItem. I have to admit that for a noob like me, the Tooltip on the Flickr TextItem was a bit confusing at first, "This widget reads RSS from the flickr panel, configure it from the panel first"--I thought something had to be configured at Flickr website first. As I'm using 4.1, I haven't actually tested if the v.4.1's flickr.ini would work in v.6.0's .ini. I might do so, later. But it's pretty interesting that the v4.1 flickr.ini has 4000++ characters and v6.0 has 9000++ characters, something that my non-instinctive eyes cannot afford to debug.
--------------
The versions are archived in my Generations backup, but I don't see why you'd like to use those, they are far too buggy to consider.
Besides the reason above mentioned, I reckoned it would be some sort of an Omnimo Museum, a documented thrives and collaborations for perfection.
I'll look into that. Perhaps I'll post a Portal 2 Items DLC later on
Don't hassle, but it would be greatly appreciated.
Till then, tyvm for the insta-reply.
Cheers.

Hi again,
I just checked, Turrets and Flickr items seem to be working perfectly fine: i.imgur.com/BZf6Gii.png I have no idea why it doesn't work for you. I would recommend to install the latest versions.
There is no documentation because in each version there are thousands of changes that we simply can't keep track of.
And I cant really publish the old files because people would accidentally download older and inferior versions of Omnimo that would shape a negative experience.
