This is Deviants Game masters OC. From his "Relentless" team of superheroes

Devotion: The only female Relentless. She is of Asian origin, and was originally a prisoner of a Chinese warlord. Since then, she went on to become a Relentless, always clinging to her art, never letting go, and pursuing her passion. She’s strong for a Relentless, yet she’s also honest and intelligent, but not one to rush into danger. She takes more cautious approaches, usually looking to the spirits for answers to every problem. Some of the guys don’t understand that at all, but they do know she has it in her to be a true hero. Devotion is also the calmest member of the team, and regularly practices meditation. Her apparel is red as is her eyemask with small hints of pink. Her weapon of choice is a long whip ending with a grappling hook.
