err...actually i want to join the fighters DA competition. But I don't have much time less, therefore, this is just the concept that I got yesterday. 20 minutes Photoshop 7.It is a scarecrow man. I think if I draw a crow or two with him would be nicer, right?

I really like the shading you put in it. If you put something red behind him, I can sense something "burning".

wow! pretty cool for a scarecrow, very much RPG, i can picture it combine with wizard of oz in RPG style. pretty cool if u ask me, it will be fun if u can further develope it. u can come up with 20 minutes sketch and color, that is very good.

Hmm, yeah... there should be this flock of violent-looking crows flying in the direction where he's pointing... then he'd be like this uber-evil mastermind ordering his troops to attack...
