The concept of a floating village is nice. I really like it. The details are amazing. Seems like you put so much work into this piece. I don't know why, but I really love the two plants. Those really help at creating the proper atmosphere.

I love this picture, I really do. Everything is beautifully rendered and precise.
The only thing I would say is that the girl seems a little out of place - a little too clean and cell-shaded compared to the setting.
Other than that, the composition and style of this piece are amazing.
