I donยดt like it. Itยดs absolutely unbalanced, comparing the perfectly detailed face and shoddy hand with that green cup (it is a cup, isnยดt it?). It seems like you had some reference for the face but none for the rest of the picture. Also, I donยดt think the colouring of the hair is right, it must reflect more colours, the way you painted it looks pretty unnaturall.
