Testing some new coloring techniques,Due to recent influences I decided to do a fan art of the Percy jackson book.
Here are Percy and Nico,
respectively sons of Poseidon and Hades.
I'm no aficionado of the series, so dont botter me about details, please x_X

i saw that your studying Kubos style and have to say this is very close to his style ^^
i love percy's pose, he looks so calm and aloof but with the sword looks like he will be ready to fight at moments notice so it totally captures his personallity
nico looks exactly how i would picture him a little older than in the books

Meanie bo beanie words: Sword looks medieval rather than Greek, but it works really well in this picture, and Percy's hair is supposed to be black.
AWESOME WORDS: ASDFJKL!! So AMAZING! Percy is so cool and hot and exactly how I'd picture him!!! He definitely needs to wear black and red in every picture EVER!!! And his HAIR, tho it is black, is PERFECT! If it was black too...dude...that would be so...amazing...

You're right, Percy looks so badass here. I like him in red. I don't think anyone ever draws Percy in something other than orange or purple. Red! Red! RED!
