This is a Partly Open Sub-species of Toskal
-You can make 1 free Toskal in this rank, if you do please message me your finished design so I can check it abides by the species traits and add it to the Toskal Masterlist (also if you post it don't forget to credit either myself or the group n_n )
-For every two normal or higher rank Toskals you own you can make another free Grunt, so at the two Toskal mark you can make another free one, and then again at the 4 mark
-Any extra ones on top of that can only be obtained via custom or adopt (buying an adopt does not use up the free slot e.t.c. )
