Janet was hidden in an alleyway as a couple of soldiers from Fox's new regime began walking by, Janet quickly used a knife on both of their neck's killing them but made sure not to get blood on the uniforms, one of the soldiers was a woman so she took the uniform and disguised herself as a regime soldier. Knowing that going in there at night was suicide, she sneaked inside Fox's palace during noon time and spent a few hours trying to get to the throne room where she pretended to be a guard. Fox was in a gray gown and under it was a jumpsuit, she was sipping wine and executing rebels with a pistol, on her belt was the Mask which gave Janet the idea of letting Fox's bodyguard have the day off while she took over. Later that night, Janet was the only one assigned to guard the room, allowing her to sneak into the room and try to take the Mask but unfortunately Fox woke up and grabbed her hand just as Janet grabbed the Mask, "You bitch!" She kicked Janet away which made Janet drop the Mask onto the bathroom floor, they both tried to run for it but Janet quickly tackled Fox and punched her, they both for until Fox kicked Janet into the bathroom making her land next to the Mask, Fox went wide eyed and tried to run for her but Janet quickly put on the Mask making her spin as she transformed. She stopped and grinned, "The Bitch...is back." She grabbed Fox's hands then spun her around very fast before throwing her into a billboard, "And the crowd goes wild!" She smiled then made fists as she concentrated the Mask's magic, she released a wave of green energy which made time reverse to the point where she was going to go down to the alley way, she then turned away from the door and went to sleep with the security alarms on, so that Fox couldn't find out about the Mask.
