Here's the first part of my redesigns of TMMS characters:
Mr. Tickle - wears purpleish-blue gloves and socks very similar to that of Darwin's from TAWOG
Mr. Happy - looks the same, but has bigger feet (because the creators made his feet small) and wears braces
Mr. Nosey and Mr. Small - Mr. Nosey wears a black jacket, white shirt, blue pants and grey sneakers, while Mr. Small wears a bowtie and the toes of his sneakers are light grey
Mr. Messy - instead of having scribbles, he has messy, curly hair like in this picture: fav.me/dbrp3a2 , and has a dark pink outline

So, what do you think of the redesigns? I can't think of any redesign for most of the other characters, so if you want to suggest the character's redesign (the hair/clothing/accessories) feel free to do that in the comments below! Enjoy!
