The alien known as "Stagnant" is the Omnitrix's sample of a Cyclophon from an unknown planet.The source of this DNA sample was a Cyclophon by the name of Kabutor.
Abilities:

- Durable exoskeleton
- Flight
Weaknesses:
- If a Cyclophon stops time for too long, they can die of exhaustion. If an Omnitrix user reaches this limit, forced revertation is required.
- Being flipped onto one's shell

The Cyclophon species originates from Dimension ALT-34.
