Description
This one took longer than I expected. Trying something a little different. I was trying to convey the idea of when you are listening to your favorite music and the song reaches that one point where you are totally enveloped in the music and you sort of lose yourself for a brief moment!This is a mixture of my personal photos, 3D, Photoshop elemets created from scratch and some watercolor textures that I painted. Basically, all original and no stocks! I used Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightwave.

Now I have read your comment... I'm much proud to fav this work... I love when people use their own stock... Also, you have made some textures... I use to paint my textures though... Very nice work man!
By the way... Have you a work?? I mean... Are you employee or something like that? How you earn the bread of each day... I need to know that 'cause you're a great artist. And a great artist has to earn cool money... I want to know is my logic is correct or wrong

Thanks! In my themed works I like to use my own images that I take myself and build objects if I have to in 3D. As far as a job, I have one but doesn't pay much and I really don't get to this kind of art.

I'm in the same situation... Some times (but soooooo times) I've used 3D for some elements... I think your self has to be before your art... I think that would make your name loud!!!

excellent work, mate... dig the concept, the tonal values and the lighting. my eyes are, however, a bit distracted by elements in the upper half of the image. also, i'm not a huge fan of text in most cases. nonetheless, this is a solid piece.

yeah, text can be tough and i think text, in of itself, really draws the eye in and therein, is not too subtle, imo. i have about 500 fonts or so and i used to use text quite a bit. i stopped as i wanted my images to speak moreso on their own than what the text was implying (or how it was possibly distracting). you know who i think works text into their works well, dennis (damnengine).
