It's more surreal/weird than funny... it's "A change of pace", a rush job attempt at a comic strip. The sketchy style *was* intentional (but was also partly for the speed factor
) and I actually kind of like it in a way. Not that I'd make a habit of it...WARNING: Actually reading this may border on masochism.
