It's very... 2000's. It came out right after the first Spider-man and they edited it super weirdly, so there's multiple things going on in different panels like a comic book. But it doesn't really work. The story's also a hot mess.
This Hulk is quite a contemplative Hulk, though. He's got daddy issues.
Also Nick Nolte is a hobo with Hulk-dogs so if you're into that, go nuts!
