Yes, this is supposed to be Katnappe. I was talking to the other day and she commented on how Katnappe looked too much like Cat Woman so I decided to give her a new design. I'm assuming Katnappe is American as she has no apparent accent that would suggest otherwise. So I've made her a costume like from the broadway "Cats" or something like that. While I was drawing this, I couldn't get the words, "Quick as a cat, quick as a cat" out from my head. Does anyone know where's that from?Related content

I only briefly recall seeing the play on TV as a child, so I have no recollection on how the whole scene went.
However, I can definitely say that this design is much much easier on the eyes than the whole Catwoman get-up. Not to mention it's toned down my iffy-ness against Ashley a good smudge. ^_^
