This application is for SECONDARY characters only. Secondary Characters are free, but they cannot be levelled or gain stats, use weapons on PVP or participate in PVP Events or Roleplays. You can rp them normally. Your Secondary Character can have weapons, pets and horses, which you will still have to purchase for them, but they cannot have a dragon.
