As the thunder cracked through the forest, Æsileif felt the drops of rain filter through the leaves into her mane. Ears back, Annoyed, she pushed a few of her more delicate items under cover and rearranged a few pieces of her collection. She looked up and sighed with annoyance at the rain. The sky was dark through a hole in the leaves, and she watched as a massive flash of lightning split the sky. Was that....? Her eyes widened, and she watched again. CRACK. THERE! She was sure she saw some sort of figure in the lightning. She was sure. He heart flittered, as she looked around. She needed to get a better view!
She took off at a pace most unusual for her. The rain stung her face and bounced off her mane as she galloped toward the hills, glancing up at the sky occasionally. Her hooves sunk deep into the mud as the flat forest floor tapered into a steep incline. A giggle escaped her lips as the adrenaline spun her body into a frenzy. Up and up she climbed, her sides heaving and her mind racing. What was there? What did she see? What could she find?!

This month's challenge is Chase the thunder! with a massive thunderstorm, lightning is sparking up all the time lighting up the sky for a split of a second! You can see a figure in one of the sparks! Could it be? Could it really be Thor himself? the god of lightning?! You must chase the lightning to get as close as possible, you might see him in 100% this time!
How to take part in the challenge?
As well as what are the rewards for taking part in one
To take part in the challenge you MUST complete an art piece of literature with the following minimum:
Art - Simple Background, Full body
Lit - 1000 words
