So I'm trying to apply to a university to study animation. It's really though and I don't really have a chance at getting in, but I wanted to try anyway. It was really excellent practice!

Well this one is supposed to be concept design.. that is, the focus should be one the design of the lanterns.. but I got quite carried away with the background and the scene. I actually sketched these two a few months ago at University, back when I had this realization that "wait, I can actually draw gay stuff with my own hands". So I drew them again here, and rendered the whole picture. I really love how it turned out!
