This is Anita, someone I was looking forward to working with for a few months. Unfortunately she moved to Denver, CO two days after our shoot, so now I need to wait until June when she visits again to follow up with another shoot.

oh critique... ehm, dunno much about photography to give a critique. All I know is that it looks great~! awesome lighting, awesome contrast, makes the important stuff really stand out.

She seems like she would be really cool to shoot with and just generally chill with. Well Justin, you asked for a critique of this photograph and I can't really find anything that is technically wrong with it at all. I like her pose, attitude and everything all around including the shadows and "wooden" area this was taken in. The only thing I don't really like is her gritting her teeth. It looks...I don't know the word for it. But it doesn't flow with the theme of the photograph in my eyes. It looks like she is trying to be "bad ass" in this shot with her hand in the "devil" symbol for rock music and such that everyone does at concerts and such, but with her gritting her teeth it is scrunching up her face and it just looks wrong to me. Maybe if she wasn't doing that and just had a very serious look on her face, it would work.
