Here is my regional variant for Jumpluff!To finalize my evo line for Hoppip, I'm bringing you the wistful and, if I can be real, straight up exhausted Jumpluff. It spreads its seeds by tumbling in the wild, and in truth it is incredibly numerous in the Nahuah region.
However, unlike Johtonian Jumpluff, this little guy doesn't fly very high on account of its heavy tumbleweed arms. Thus, it is constantly impacting the ground, which does a number to its delicate body. Despite its lack of energy, it is still rather kindhearted.
