Personality: Fi-Fi is very meek, shy & timid. It is very hard for him to make new friends, Fi-Fi is Moderately Smart, knowing alot about Geography and History. Fi-Fi can get a little bit ranty from time-to-time but mostly knows when it's appropriate. He is Autistic, but goes Undiagnosed.
SuperPowers: As an Electric Type Pokémon, Fi-Fi can do arm motions to manipulate electricity and do specific moves, such as: Lightning Missiles, Lightning Shields, and Superspeed. Fi-Fi could hypothetically manipulate the synapses in a Human body to force-choke someone like Darth Vader, But Fi-Fi could never morally justify that.
Backstory: Fi-Fi shows no signs of having a family, they just popped out of nowhere. Fi-Fi spent his childhood playing Roblox and listening to crusty nightcore MP3s. Fi-Fi trained all his life to be a Digital Artist like his heroes... and failed...
